WCM has been dedicated to the mentoring of young men ages 14-18 using outbound trips for the sole purpose of retreating from day-to-day routines, struggles and vices in order to learn about like skills, hard work and biblical character qualities.

Trips begin with a work project. We map out the course of where we will be traveling and all the important details and responsibilities of preparing for a work project. Checking the oil and tire pressure in our vehicles, looking at the map for route and distance. Teaching the boys to be prepared with the right tools for the job we are doing has been fun and very educational.
