Creating a culture of integrity, character and personal excellence where where failure is not an option.

Langsford House itself does not provide any services to the general public. Just to the wards of the court. The advisory board is a group that works with the state to ensure that any kids in the facility have the basics they need. Some show up to the facility, literally with the shirt on their back. No underwear, worn out shoes, no personal hygiene products, etc. Our purpose is to make sure that they have the things they need the state does not provide which other than food is everything. We also bring the plight of these kids to the community through programs and presentations we do to civic and charitable groups. We arrange educational and recreational opportunities for the boys within and beyond the walls of the facility.  The boys are desperate for tutoring and above all, mentoring from positive male and female role models. It is hard for them to be successful at life when they come (most anyway) from very poor home environments.
